The accuracy of the harmonic reducer is a very important performance indicator, which directly determines the accuracy and life of the robot. Therefore, although some harmonic reducers are cheaper, their accuracy and life may not be very high. So how to judge the accuracy level of the harmonic reducer?
The accuracy level of the reducer is measured by its transmission error and idle travel. Idle travel refers to the lag of the output shaft in the rotation angle when the input shaft changes from positive to reverse rotation in the working state.
The transmission error (30 arc seconds) of the reducer belongs to the high-precision reducer, represented by the capital letter A, the transmission error (1 arc minute) of 30 arc seconds belongs to the precision reducer, represented by the capital letter B, and the transmission error (3 arc minutes) of 1 arc minute belongs to the ordinary reducer, represented by the capital letter C. The idle stroke <1 arc minute is the first level, represented by the number 1, the idle stroke (3 arc minutes is the second level, represented by the number 2, and the idle stroke (3 arc minutes) <6 arc minutes is the third level, represented by the number 3. The transmission error of Benrun's harmonic reducer is less than or equal to 30 arc seconds, and it is a high-precision reducer belonging to Class A.
