How to detect the life of a harmonic reducer?

The life of the harmonic reducer determines the life of the robot, so the life of the harmonic reducer is an important indicator. The life of the harmonic reducer requires at least an input speed of 2000r/min, rated torque, and normal operating temperature and humidity. The design life of CS and HS type reducers is not less than 10,000 hours, and the design life of CD and HD type reducers is not less than 8,000 hours. Benrun's CS and HS harmonic reducers have a design life of 12,000 hours, and CD and HD type reducers have a design life of not less than 10,000 hours, which is much higher than the standard and peers. So how to detect the life of a harmonic reducer?

The test method and steps for detecting the life of harmonic reducers are as follows:

(a) Before loading and running, check whether the reducer is installed correctly and whether the lubricating grease used is added as required.

(b) According to the loading method in JB/T9050.3, the reducer should be operated continuously for not less than 500 hours at rated speed and rated load. During operation, the reducer must run smoothly, and there should be no oil leakage at the joints, oil in the pores, abnormal noise, etc.

(c) During operation, check the reducer temperature every 30 minutes, and the maximum temperature of its shell shall not exceed "℃.

(d) During operation, check the transmission efficiency change of the reducer every 30 minutes, which shall not exceed 5 cm.

(e) During operation, measure the transmission error of the reducer every 24 hours, which shall not exceed Class C.
